If you decide to move forward, our team will prepare an investment agreement for you to sign. This lays out important about the investment such as the capital investment, the term and your return.

Once Ghan Property Group receives your electronic funds transfer (approximately 2-3 business days within Australia), your investment term will begin.

Throughout the lifetime of your investment, we will provide regular updates about the progress of the project. The timing and content of these communications will be outlined in the investor agreement.

At the end of the investment term, we will transfer the return into your nominated bank account. These details will be stipulated in the investor agreement.
